Compassionately Interrupting
Anxious Patterns

Less Anxiety, More You

Ready to feel better? (That's a trick question. It's always nice to feel better!) Ready to do something differently, or talk to someone about feeling better? I'm here for you. (That's not a trick!) I invite you to roam around this site to learn a bit about what we can do together. I offer virtual therapy for OCD and anxiety in Massachusetts and California.

"I like you just the way you are." -Fred Rogers

(Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood)

You. You're awesome, I just know it already. But maybe you want to feel better. Things might feel really severe right now. Panic. Repetitive thoughts and behaviors. Intrusive fears. Maybe your emotions feel like they're spiraling out of control. Or maybe things are just a little off. Some procrastination here, avoiding contact with a friend there. You are all seen and welcome here. Reaching out is a lot easier than it can feel! There are links and buttons all around this site. Feel free to choose your favorite one. :-)

Olives

What's with all the oranges and olive trees?

Both sets of my grandparents ranched oranges and olives in Central California. Their hard work, as well as their tenderness toward loved ones, has always inspired me! I miss them now that they've passed, but they are "with me," and several graphics on these web pages are a nod to them. The zest of citrus and peace of an olive branch inform my life and work.

Love is fertile ground.
